After more than 30 years of experience, including with some of the largest law firms in the country, and most recently as a co-managing member of an Idaho boutique law firm, Cheryl Allaire founded her own law practice.

At Allaire Law PLLC, Cheryl provides legal and strategic guidance to individuals, non-profits, and businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to publicly traded corporations. Cheryl helps her clients achieve their goals by providing each client with added value and efficient and cost-effective legal services based on her years of experience and expertise.

experience

Prior to starting her own law firm, Ms. Allaire was a co-managing member of Mathieu, Ranum & Allaire, PLLC, an Idaho business and estate planning boutique law firm, for over 10 years. Prior to MRA, she served as an attorney in the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Group at Perkins Coie LLP, a leading international law firm, in their Boise office. Earlier in her career, she was an attorney in the Corporate Group at K&L Gates LLP, a top-tier global law firm, and served as in-house Corporate Counsel for seven years at Franklin Templeton Investments in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before entering the legal field, Cheryl worked as an auditor in the specialized finance division of a prominent financial institution.

Cheryl graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, where she also earned an MBA. She holds a law degree from Georgetown University and is licensed to practice law in California and Idaho.
